Putin's secret "Northern Dacha" on Lake Ladoga north of Saint Petersburg, adjacent to Finland. The security perimeter extends to 4km² within what is supposed to be a national park. The secure territory is twice the size of Monaco and features Pantsir-S1 air defense.
